Hi Alex.
Actually the decision has allready been made to bring in a judge from outer state,since Arizona judges would be "bias",my guess they will ask for an out of state jury as well.
No matter where Loughner's trial is held, his attorney is going to cite that he can't get a fair trial.
Of course, he may never face criminal trial if the mental health experts declare him insane. I'm actually expecting that to happen.
