UN Accuses Israel Of Kidnapping Palestinian

Maksim Butkevych, spokesman for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Ukraine, said Abu Sisi has been in custody in Israel since shortly after his disappearance. The U.N. agency believes he was abducted and illegally transported by Israeli security forces, perhaps with the aid of Ukrainian counterparts.

"We don't know details of his trip from Ukraine to Israel — let's put it this way," said Butkevych. "But unfortunately, what happened looks like a violent abduction and not a legal extradition or any other legal action on the part of authorities."

CITRUS HEIGHTS, Calif. — Police say it's too soon to speculate on a motive in the killing of a prominent white supremacist credited with helping grow the skinhead movement in the 1990s.

A person of interest has been detained in the killing of David Lynch, 40. Lynch, a leader of the neo-Nazi skinhead group American Front, was found dead in a bedroom in his Citrus Heights home early Wednesday morning, said Citrus Heights police Lt. Gary Hendricks. He had been shot in the head and torso.

A 33-year-old woman was also shot in the leg. She was taken to the hospital and was expected to survive, authorities said.

Dirty Document Trove

Did Mubarak's Secret Service Order Terror Attacks?

Alarmed Egyptians rescued dozens of documents held by Egypt's state security service and posted them on the Internet after intelligence officials apparently tried to burn them. If the documents are real, the Egyptian Interior Ministry appears to have ordered the 2005 terror attacks on Sharm el-Sheik.

CAIRO/BERLIN -- Egypt's state security apparatus was quite literally a state within a state -- omnipresent, brutal, equipped with immense resources, and uncontrollable. Some of its crimes may now be coming to light. Over the weekend, Egyptian citizens secured secret documents from state security headquarters in Cairo. Shortly before, a fire had broken out in the building. Many in the opposition that helped to topple the Mubarak regime believe it was an arson attack aimed at destroying sensitive files.

Since then, dozens of documents have been posted online. Some appear to be authentic, while others clearly appear to be fakes. Verification of the files is very difficult and manipulation cannot be ruled out. Some of the documents hint at scandalous dealings.

Particularly sensitive are two alleged memos dating from 2005 on what appears to be the letterhead of a "secret political department" of Egypt's Interior Ministry. The documents suggest the regime of fallen President Hosni Mubarak may have ordered the deadly terror attacks in the Red Sea resort city Sharm el-Sheikh on the Sinai peninsula in July 2005.

'Zero Hour' in Sharm el-Sheik

Dated June 7, 2005, the purported secret document states: "Yesterday at 2:30 p.m., we met with Mohammad H., Osama M., Rafit M. and Siad A and agreed on all the points of the plans for the implementation of Assignment 231 of January 29, 2005. We agreed to focus on three vehicles equipped with explosives, in the area around Naama Bay, so that the first would explode at the entrance to the Mövenpick Hotel, the second … near the hotel and the third in Mövenpick Village, which all belong to Mr. Hussain Salim … We agreed that the zero hour should be on the morning of July 23, 2005."

Attacks really did take place on that morning, at 1:15 a.m., at almost precisely the locations cited in the document, and resulting in more than 80 deaths. A previously unknown al-Qaida splinter group claimed responsibility for the attack at the resort, which is extremely popular with European tourists.

Another ostensible memo relating to "Assignment 231," appears to provide the context for the act. It allegedly reports that a business dispute had broken out between Gamal Mubarak, the son of President Hosni Mubarak, and hotelier Hassain Salim.

Opposition Speaks of 'Mubarak's Gestapo'

Was the Egyptian regime unscrupulous enough to instigate mass murder in order to support the private goals of the president's family? For now, the veracity of the document has not been proven. The fact that the circumstances of the attack and the alleged guidelines in the memo fit together so well could be seen as an indicator for either scenario: that the document was forged, or that it is real.

Nevertheless, it would be extremely unusual for a secret service to put an assignment like this in writing. On the other hand, though, who would fabricate a document like that -- why, and on whose behalf? It appears that only state security service insiders, with the help of historians, will be able differentiate between the real and forged documents -- and that work might have to come at a much later date. This uncertainty also applies to the remaining findings, that nevertheless were published. But, in part, they are clearly more plausible. "Mubarak's Gestapo," the name given by the opposition press for the secret service, was involved in criminal activities on all levels.

One example was the sham parliamentary elections in 2010. In those elections, the ruling party, National Democratic Party (NDP), emerged with 97 percent of the vote; attempts to defamethe Mubarak opponent Mohammed ElBaradei and candidates running for president was achieved; carefully planned physical intimidation of well-known opponents to the regime was carried out, as was the safeguarding of illegal transactions involving influential politicians on the ministerial level.

According to preliminary information, it appears high-ranking government officials with close proximity to Mubarak's son Gamal used the power of the secret service for their own purposes. The illegal, but most profitable, usurpation of state-owned land and the lucrative misappropriation of potentially fertile land along the desert highways between Cairo and Alexandria and Cairo and the Suez Canal -- that were supposed to be used to advance urgently needed expansions to agricultural farmland -- all of that would not have been possible without the "cooperation" of the feared agency of oppression.

Work Begins in Dealing with Past

First in Alexandria, then in the large cities along the Nile Delta, such as Damanhur and Kafr el-Sheik, and in the regional capitals, fearless demonstrators succeeded in occupying the branch offices of the secret service, and secured numerous documents detailing the machinations and crimes of the hated agency.

It will only be possible to determine the size of the spoils after a difficult period of stock-taking -- not least of which because the officers responsible either had the compromising documents burned or shredded, often at the last minute. Given the scope of the spying against the country's residents, with the use of the most modern bugging systems and bestial torture, the military's ruling council, as the country's highest authority, moved to dissolve the state security apparatus after Mubarak's forced resignation.

The army has also requested that Egyptians return documents or, at least, not publish them. Indeed, lists are circulating with names of supposed informants that have not been blacked out -- a development that could have devastating consequences for those in question. Even opponents of the Mubarak regime are dicussing the ethics of publishing such documents -- and some are pleading for caution.

What began more than two decades ago far away in in Germany, with the dissolution of the East German Stasi secret police and reunification, now appears to be starting in Egypt. The country is beginning to come to terms with its difficult history under the Mubarak regime.

Desetine srpskih plaćenika ratuju na ulicama Libije

Srbi su prvi strani plaćenici koji su stigli u Libiju! Naime, nekoliko desetina srpskih plaćenika u ovom trenutku ratuju na ulicama libijskih gradova na strani trupa vernih Muameru el Gadafiju!
Kako „Alo!“ saznaje, srpski plaćenici dobijaju desetine hiljada dolara za ovaj posao, a u Libiju dolaze mahom iz drugih afričkih država, u kojima već godinama rade kao „psi rata“.
Osim iz afričkih zemalja, naš plaćenici stižu i iz Srbije, ali preko bosanskih i hrvatskih agencija koje se bave angažovanjem za ovu vrstu poslova.„
Srpske legionare“, kako „Alo!“ saznaje, čine ratni veterani iz sukoba na prostoru bivše Jugoslavije.
Osim bivših pripadnika vojnih i policijskih jedinica, gro ovih snaga čine nekadašnje „crvene beretke“, koje su se razmilile po svetu nakon što se ta jedinica rasformirala 2003. godine. Oni su po afričkim državama mahom radili kao privatno obezbeđenje raznih predsednika, poput nekadašnjeg zairskog lidera Mobutua Sese Sekoa, te brojnih političara, ali i kao instruktori u tamošnjim vojskama.
Osim Srba, u prvoj turi u Libiju su došli i plaćenici iz afričkih zemalja. Kako kaže naš sagovornik koji je insistirao na anonimnosti, srpski plaćenici su angažovani u rekordnom roku, pošto su poznati kao odlični i veoma iskusni vojnici.- Gadafi ih plaća koliko traže!
Cene angažmana se kreću i do nekoliko desetina hiljada dolara i evra. Dobar deo njih imao je odlično plaćene poslove po raznim afričkim zemljama, ali ova ponuda nije bila od onih koje se odbijaju.
Pre početka pobune, odnosno čim je počelo da se zakuvava, naši koji su u Africi odmah su počeli da kontaktiraju sa Libijcima, ali i Libijci s njima. Taj posao rade i pojedine „agencije“ koje su specijalizovane za pružanje takvih usluga i imaju odlične obaveštajne kontakte - kaže izvor „Alo!“ blizak vojnim krugovima.
Srpski plaćenici su u Libiju otišli preko bosanskih i hrvatskih agencija, pošto se ove iz Srbije nisu još dogovorile o vrednosti posla.
- Može da se očekuje da u skorije vreme još dosta naših plaćenika ode kod Gadafija, koji inače ima ogromno poverenje u srpske vojnike.
Pa zna se da su naši decenijama obučavali ne samo njegovu vojsku, već i privatno obezbeđenje, a i dosta njihovih oficira školovano je u našim vojnim školama i na Vojnoj akademiji.
Inače, pojavile su se informacije da je u Bengaziju bilo i mrtvih plaćenika, ali koliko mi je poznato, naši su dobro - tvrdi naš izvor.
Doktor Salem Zavi, član Nacionalne konferencije libijske konferencije, potvrdio je za britanski BBC da je Gadafi pored vojske i policije angažovao i veliki broj plaćenika iz Afrike i Evrope.
- Gadafi je uključivanje stranih plaćenika u sukobe u Bengaziju platio velikom količinom novca.
Taj novac je došao iz državnog budžeta Libije i znamo da se veliki broj plaćenika javlja kako bi pomogao sadašnjoj libijskoj vlasti.

„Ubijaju nas Srbi!“

Na internet forumima, kao i „tviteru“, takođe su se pojavile informacije o srpskim plaćenicima u Libiji. Afrički i srpski plaćenici poslati su u Libiju da ubijaju civile!“, tema je na jednom od foruma koji se bave situacijom u ovoj zemlji, a među porukama na „tviteru“ otkriveno je da su „evropski vojnici“, koji su stigli u pomoć Gadafiju, u stvari Srbi.

Naši piloti mu ostali u lepom sećanju

Srpski plaćenici ostali su pukovniku Gadafiju u lepoj uspomeni još devedesetih godina prošlog veka. Naime, pošto je tada regularna vojska Libije nevoljno pristajala da se obračuna sa islamističkim militantima, Gadafi je angažovao srpske pilote, koji su učestvovali u borbenim dejstvima, ali i akcijama protiv civila, kao podrška kopnenim snagama.

Zajedno sa braćom Rusima!

U Libiju, osim Srba, stigli su plaćenici iz Rusije i drugih bivših sovjetskih republika, kako bi zaštitili Gadafija i bez milosti se obračunali s demonstrantima! Kako su izjavili očevici, Rusima i drugim „belim plaćenicima“ pridružila se i grupa vojnika iz afričkih zemalja, koji govore francuskim jezikom, najverovatnije iz Čada i Darfura. Najamnici su dobili po 18.000 funti, odnosno oko 20.000 evra.

Discussions on slavery are complex in Mali, with many people arguing it does not exist. Some Gao residents said individuals might stay with their "masters" more out of economic necessity than anything.

Today the Bella have become largely assimilated into Touareg culture, keeping similar cultural traditions and speaking the same language (Tamasheq), and many of the Bella are known as Black Tamasheq. The Touareg masters and the Bella people have lived in a complex caste system for many decades and some say little has changed in this power relationship - much of the northern region's property and livestock remains in the Touareg hands.

Most of the slavery in Mali, takes place between the Berber-descended Touaregs and the indigenous Bella people who live in this region, although the Peul and Songhai communities have also been known to use slaves in the past, according to Temedt.
Iddar Ag Ogazide, a Bella, said he lived as a slave in Ansongo, 80km south of Gao, where he worked for the Touareg Ag Baye family for 35 years without receiving a salary or an education. The Ag Bayes bought his great-grandmother and inherited his family members from one generation to the next. In March 2008 Iddar finally could not take any more and hatched a successful escape plan - he is currently living in Gao.

The Touareg used to hold slaves in their society, and used the slaves to work as herders and for other menial tasks. The practice was frowned upon by the French when they colonized the area, but there was no little effort to end it.
Martin Klein estimated in his book Slavery and Colonial Rule in French West Africa (1998) that there was estimated 50% of the
population in French Controlled Sudan were slaves. This estimate shows that slavery was so ingrained into society, that to end the practice suddenly would likely have caused widespread rebellion among the populace, which of course the French occupiers did not want. So instead acts were passed which abolished slavery, but there was no effort to enforce the new law.

As citizens are dying in the streets of Libya this week at the hands of one of the world’s most repressive regimes, the United Nations Human Rights Council has on its agenda the adoption of a report praising the government of Muammar Qadhafi for its “commitment to upholding human rights on the ground.” In a small note of grace, the U.N. For years, I have said that some day Turkey will invade Libya. Daniel 11 tells us:

"He will gain control of the treasures of gold and silver and all the riches of Egypt with the Libyans and Nubians in submission." (Daniel 11:43)

Turkey currently has its eye on Libya and is using Barack Hussein Obama to gain support for his invasion of Libya and he got it. Whether Turkey will invade or not is only a matter of time. But currently the plans are being discussed with full approval by the United States:

Diplomatic sources said Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan relayed a plan in which the Turkish Navy would send ships and troops to Libya. They said the plan called for the European Union to immediately accept Turkey as a member after the downfall of Gadhafi, Middle East Newsline reported.

"It was not clear if Turkey could actually do the job, but Erdogan did make this offer," a Western diplomat said.

The sources said the United States, particularly President Barack Obama, supported the Turkish proposal, believed to have also been endorsed by Saudi Arabia. Obama, regarded as a close ally of Erdogan, said Ankara deserves membership in the EU.

But Brussels appeared cold to the Turkish plan. The sources said French President Nicolas Sarkozy opposed the Erdogan proposal despite U.S. pressure.

"What Sarkozy said is unprintable, but basically that the United States is not a member of the EU and cannot dictate who should be a member," the diplomat said.

Ankara has used its Navy to help evacuate many of the 30,000-member Turkish community in Libya. Turkey has been a major investor in the North African country, particularly in the construction and infrastructure fields.

So far, neither the European Union nor the United States appears ready for a military operation against Gadhafi. On Feb. 28, however, the U.S. Defense Department said it would move troops and military assets near Libya as part of contingency plans against Gadhafi.

The sources said Sarkozy and other EU leaders regarded Erdogan's plan as a means to exploit the revolt in Libya. They said Sarkozy and others have become intractable opponents of Turkish membership in the EU, particularly given Ankara's pro-Islamic policies and support for Iran.

"The feeling is that Turkey is looking to become the Ottoman Empire, and most of Europe does not want to go through that history again," the diplomat said.

Anti-tank missile defense system stops attack on IDF tank

"Trophy" system is activated for the first time during an IDF operation; force identifies and kills the Gazan gunman.

A special missile defense system deployed in IDF armored units stopped an anti-tank missile fired by terrorists near the Gaza security fence, the first time the system has been used during an IDF operation.

The IDF Spokesperson's office reported that the "Windbreaker" system managed to identify and disable the missile, and that no damage was caused to the tank or its crew. Shortly thereafter, IDF troops identified an armed man in their proximity and opened fire, killing the gunman at the scene.

San Fransicko earns its name

What a crazy, mixed-up world we live in.

The citywide mental institution we call San Francisco (I prefer Michael Savage's "San Fransicko" moniker) is now considering a ballot proposition that would ban doctors and mohels from performing infant circumcisions.

The self-proclaimed "civil rights activists" behind this move claim the procedure is too risky for infants, who can't give their consent. Parents and doctors are apparently untrustworthy to make such decisions, so it's up to the majority of San Fransickos to determine the one-size-fits-all approach regardless of medical advice and religious freedom.

Keep in mind, San Fransicko is a city that pioneered extending medical benefits to cover sex-change operations.

So this could become the first city to subsidize sex-change operations and ban circumcision.

How crazy is this?

Circumcision is a 5,000-year-old procedure that, to my knowledge, has very few medical downsides. Maybe that's because it was prescribed by the Great Physician Himself.

Needless to say, many spiritual and physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob believe they are commanded to perform this procedure on their male children.

And many doctors believe there is more risk in not circumcising than in doing it.

By the way, I guarantee you the same people voting in favor of this ban are those in favor of abortion on demand.

In other words, it's perfectly appropriate to kill the infant a day or two prior to birth, but it's not OK to circumcise him eight days later.

Who are these people?

From where do they derive their sense of right and wrong?

I thought these people were all about "choice"?

Keep in mind, no one is forcing circumcision on parents and children. It is currently a choice – one that is made after considering medical and religious advice. These "pro-choicers" in San Fransicko, once again, want to take away choice.

These are the people who say "you can't legislate morality." What they really mean is only they can legislate morality.

And they do it every chance they get with bans:

* incandescent light bulbs;

* restrictions on carbon production;

* smoking – even outdoors;

* trans fats;

Now they are effectively trying to ban Jews – in a roundabout way that would have made Hitler proud.

The next thing you know, the Torah will be banned because it mandates infant circumcision.

Am I the only one who sees this action as blatant anti-Semitism?

Circumcision is, after all, the physical mark God required of Jews to distinguish them from other people and other nations.

The fact that so many doctors in the West have adopted the procedure for medical reasons strongly suggests there are reasons beyond spiritual for using it.

But the "civil-rights activists" know better.

They not only know what's good for them, they know what's better for everyone. And there is no room for dissent or disagreement if they can simply force their will upon everyone by majority vote.

That is not what America has ever been about.

We don't live in a democracy where the majority can impose its tyranny on the minority. "Civil rights" are about protecting the minority rights from majority tyranny.

But I waste my breath on the Jew-baiting fools behind such a misguided effort. San Fransicko is not America, after all. And maybe if the San Fransickos who live there keep this up, the sane, rational people who live there will move away and the city will implode of its own immoral dead weight.

Maybe the people of San Fransicko are too smart for this and will just outright reject the ridiculous proposition. I hope so. But their track record is not good. After all, these are the people who stuck us with Nancy Pelosi.
