In adition, Israel "donates" to the US,some of its most notorious criminals ( Slashers & Rippers..) to be taken care of by the FBI and the US Federal Marshals, "Under the Witness Protection Program", costing Zlions of Dollars to the US tax payer!

Now, here is the deal :-

You bring Rivka, (Not Rifka !!...), to my modest place In Tivon. (Arrangment for her schooling are finised ! Just a phone call!...)
She is going to have a room of her own and a key of her own! And all of this, under a scrupulous watch of Sara, ( Tivon's Court Officer for the well being of Minors ! ). How about that? huh?...
